Did you make the mac and cheese from scratch? I am a huge fan of Velveeta shells and cheese but am looking for a killer mac and cheese recipe. Awesome that you will get into magazine writing. Sounds promising!
So, you already know that I am super weird...well, you should know that I HATE macaroni and cheese and no one is allowed to even make it at my house if I'll be home that day.
