I need your help!!!

Today I've spent the majority of my morning cleaning up and taking my daughter to preschool, but I did have some time to "browse" the blogosphere, checking out other writers' blogs. After doing so, it has dawned on me that I have the most unoriginal. blog. title. ever. I like to add extra periods to emphasize the SERIOUSNESS of the situation, by the way. How. unoriginal. is. that. ???

Anyhow, I've got a case of the blog title blues. I'm now on a quest to find a creative way of saying that I am unpublished. But it needs to sound nice and optimistic. It needs to leave people with the impression that I'm cool with that. Even though I'm NOT. With being unpublished, that is. At least not in the long term. I'm cool with it now. I've met a lot of unpublished authors that are way awesomer than me.

In any case, I'd like to eventually get published, but for right now I'm okay with just learning the tricks of the trade. I just need to think of a creative, fresh way to express that. I need a "hook" title. And to think my focus was PR in college. HA. HA. HA.
Anyway, the point of this post is that I need help.

Do you have any ideas? Are you good with blog titles? Ideas, anyone?
You lazy bastards never got me my socks yesterday, so you owe me BIG.

1. Unpubbed and Unloved (not really...but it is catchy...LOL...you know everyone loves you!)
2. Deconstructing Dena
3. The Questioning Querier
4. Mommy with a Manuscript

I've got loads! Though number 1 I think is the funniest and would bring in the most traffic. :)

To be honest, Dena, it was your blog title that really attracted me! I can relate. As I'm sure many other writers.

I say keep it :)

I never had a problem with your title. All around it is a lovely blog you have here. But Alleged Writer has some excellent ones!

And thanks for playing today. Your enthusiasm was so perfect for the day!

I agree that you already have an attractive title. It brought me over to meet you!

However, I really do like your commenter's suggestion. Deconstructing Dena has a really nice ring to it!

Oh man. I tried to comment and then, like a dufus, closed the window before doing the word verification. Argh. I'm not going ot make nearly as much sense the second time around, lol.

I think I said that I'm new so I probably shouldn't comment on this but ... I will anyway! I also said I was glad to have met you!

I think your title up there sounds like a great tag line, but you could have a basic title too, if you wanted. Here's my few ideas:

Dena Dishes
The Dena Dialogues
Dena's Diary
DENA: Daring Enlightened Neo Author

And ... I can't remember the rest, lol.

Good luck Dena! I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
