Just when you think I'm awesome, I become even AWESOME-ER!

Before I get into this, I want to know how many of you writers literally cringed at "awesome-er." Don't be afraid to identify yourselves. It was hard for me to even type it.

On another note...
In addition to my "Creative writer" award recently given to me, I've also been given another award by Pauline, my blogging buddy and super awesome follower.

It's called the "Honest Scrap Award," and, honestly, it took me a while to realize I had gotten it! Infact I received this award a while ago but I'm now just now getting around to posting it on my blog.

Anyway, as far as I can see it doesn't have a lot of "rules" like my previous award...so I guess I'll make up a rule. I'm going to nominate one person for this award...
and this award goes to ...

(DRUMROLL)....

I don't know her actual name, but I've been following her blog since she began following mine. Her blog isn't about writing, but she is a great writer and she has quite a tale to tell. She is in the process of writing a book right now, and she's following my blog to basically learn from my mistakes-which thrills me, since that was the original purpose of my blog. If anyone deserves an HONEST SCRAP award, she does. She's as honest as it gets.

Enjoy!

I'm going to be honest and say the only thing I cringed about is the hyphen. I am of the philosophy that AWESOMER should be accepted as a word at all times.

Because it is awesomer than a lot of other words.

Lol. I had no idea there was a right way to spell awesomer....but you're right, it's fun to say.

"My award is awesomer than your award."

"My butt is awesomer than your butt."

Typing it is harder than saying it.

Do you two coordinate your posts? They always appear within minutes of each other on my list.

Oh! Thanks Dena! How freaking sweet are you!

I would have avoided the hyphen too... sometimes words just deserve to be made up!

I'm all for awesomer and I'm even going to start saying it in conservative conversation.
